These terms govern use of dashvo.app. Last updated: 2 September 2026.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dashvo at dashvo.app (the “Service”), operated by the operator of dashvo.app (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, submitting a listing, making a payment, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Dashvo is
Dashvo is a paid-placement attention market for trading and crypto businesses. Listings appear on a public leaderboard ranked by confirmed United States dollar spend that remains active in the preceding twenty-four hours. Rank reflects advertising spend only. It is not an editorial recommendation, endorsement, quality score, safety rating, or investment advice. Higher rank means more recent confirmed spend · not approval, legitimacy, or fitness for any purpose.
3. Paid placement disclosure
Every position on the Live 24H board is advertising purchased through spend. We do not sell editorial placement, guaranteed outcomes, or implied approval. Listing copy, category tags, and rank must not suggest we vouch for any product, service, person, token, or strategy. You are solely responsible for your listing content and for any claims you make to visitors who click through.
4. Rank, pricing, and top-ups
Rank is determined only by confirmed USD-denominated spend still active in the last twenty-four hours. The minimum first spend target is twenty United States dollars ($20). When you increase spend, you are charged the delta above your current active spend, at or above the live NOWPayments cryptocurrency invoice minimum · not a five-dollar step and not the full new target. Categories (Signals, Prop firms, Brokers, Traders, Trading tools, Meme coins, Exchanges, Bots) are discovery tags within one global Live 24H market; they do not create separate markets or guarantees. Ties at the same spend level are broken by whoever reached that spend first. Historical placement may appear on permanent all-time views; live rank can change as spend expires or is superseded.
5. No endorsement and no investment advice
We do not recommend, vet, audit, or guarantee any listing, destination, token, strategy, signal, broker, exchange, bot, or trader. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You must perform your own due diligence before acting on any third-party offering. Payment to us never means a listing is approved, safe, lawful, or suitable for you or your audience.
6. Who may list
The Service is intended for signal and copy-trading channels, trading tools, proprietary trading firms, brokers, independent traders and educators, live meme coin projects, exchanges, and trading bots that comply with these Terms. You must have authority to advertise the destination you submit and to bind any entity you represent. We may refuse, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion.
7. Prohibited listings and content
You may not list or promote: token presales accompanied by guaranteed-return claims; pump-and-dump schemes; wallet drainers; phishing or impersonation; malware or harmful software; illegal products or services; or listing copy claiming risk-free returns, one-hundred-percent outcomes, fixed win rates, or similar misleading performance guarantees. We may reject, suspend, or remove listings that violate this section or that we reasonably believe create legal, security, or reputational risk · whether or not payment was received.
8. Payments, invoices, and rank confirmation
Payments are processed through NOWPayments hosted cryptocurrency invoices priced in United States dollars. Rank updates only after we receive and verify a payment confirmation through NOWPayments’ IPN/webhook mechanism. Returning to the Service in your browser after checkout does not grant, extend, or confirm rank. We are not responsible for rank delays caused by blockchain confirmation times, incorrect payment amounts, expired invoices, or third-party processor errors. You are responsible for paying the correct amount on the correct network before any invoice expires.
9. Payment finality and refunds
Payments are final once confirmed on the Service, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided through NOWPayments’ refund process. Chargebacks, disputes with your wallet or exchange, and user error after confirmation are your responsibility. We do not guarantee that spend will produce traffic, clicks, conversions, or revenue.
10. Founding 100
The first one hundred listings on the Service receive a permanent Founding 100 designation. This program closes permanently once one hundred qualifying listings have been recorded; it does not reopen. Founding status is a historical label only and does not confer ongoing rank, endorsement, moderation immunity, or preferential placement beyond what active spend provides.
11. Destination URLs
Listings must point to public http or https destinations only. Localhost, private IP addresses, and non-public endpoints are not permitted. Social destinations (for example t.me, x.com, Instagram, Discord) are keyed by host and path so distinct channels on the same host may coexist where supported. Conventional websites are keyed by host. If you change a destination to an unrelated domain or materially different offering, we may require fresh validation and may suspend the listing until reviewed. Outbound visits are redirected through our click endpoint with standard UTM parameters appended.
12. Click and presence measurement
We count filtered outbound clicks, apply standard UTM tagging on redirect, deduplicate clicks within a thirty-minute session window, and filter obvious automated traffic. We use a short-lived anonymous session identifier for click deduplication. Site-wide visitor counts (watching, last 24h, all-time) are measured by DataFast. We do not store raw IP addresses as a product analytics field. Measurement statistics are provided for operational transparency only and are not warranties of audience quality or bot-free traffic.
13. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including by attempting to manipulate rank through fraudulent payments, scripted traffic, impersonation, scraping that degrades the Service, circumventing suspension, probing or attacking our infrastructure, or interfering with other users. You must provide accurate listing names, taglines, and URLs. You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and in any market you target.
14. Suspension and removal
We may suspend, downgrade, hide, or remove any listing, account, or payment benefit immediately and without prior notice if we believe you violated these Terms, posted prohibited content, changed destinations improperly, created risk for users or for us, or for any operational reason. Suspension does not entitle you to a refund except where required by law or NOWPayments policy.
15. No warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, accurate rank display at every moment, or that listings or destinations will remain available.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our operators, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the listing at issue in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred United States dollars ($100), except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.
17. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator of dashvo.app and its affiliates, officers, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your listings, destinations, conduct, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the Service.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts of the United Arab Emirates, at our operator’s principal place of business, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
