LEGAL PRIVACY NOTICE
Privacy.
How we handle information on dashvo.app. Last updated: 2 September 2026.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Notice explains how Dashvo at dashvo.app (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by the operator of dashvo.app, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Service. It applies to visitors, account holders, and listing owners. By using the Service, you acknowledge this Notice.
2. Information we collect
Listing and account data: listing name, tagline, category tag, destination URL, slug, spend and rank-related records tied to your listing, and account identifiers associated with Supabase authentication. Payment metadata: order identifiers, invoice status, amounts, currencies, transaction references, and related records we receive from NOWPayments to confirm payments and update rank · we do not operate our own cryptocurrency wallet for checkout. Click data: filtered outbound click events, standard UTM parameters we append on redirect, referrer domain where stored, and a short-lived anonymous session hash used for thirty-minute click deduplication. Visitor analytics: site-wide watching, last-24h, and total visitor counts are provided by DataFast (datafa.st) as our analytics processor. Communications: messages you send to support@dashvo.app and our replies. Technical data: limited server and application logs needed to operate, secure, and debug the Service (for example request timestamps, error traces, and coarse routing information processed by our hosts).
3. Information we do not collect as a product field
We do not store raw IP addresses as a dedicated product analytics field for click counting or leaderboard features. Operational infrastructure may transiently process network addresses in server or CDN logs maintained by our hosting providers under their own retention practices; we configure the Service not to treat raw IP as a first-class analytics dimension in our application data model.
4. How we use information
We use the information above to provide and operate the Service; display listings and rank; process and confirm payments; prevent abuse, fraud, and prohibited listings; measure filtered outbound clicks and presence; respond to support and trust-and-safety reports; enforce our Terms and Trust Rules; maintain security and reliability; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our processors use cookies and similar storage where necessary for the Service to function, including: dashvo_owner (listing-owner session helpers), dashvo_session (short-lived anonymous session identifier for click deduplication and presence), theme (interface preference), and Supabase authentication cookies/tokens for signed-in users. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling required cookies may limit account access or checkout flows.
6. Payment processing · NOWPayments
Checkout is handled on NOWPayments-hosted invoice pages. When you pay, NOWPayments processes cryptocurrency transactions and sends us payment status notifications (IPN/webhooks) so we can confirm spend and update rank. NOWPayments’ handling of your data is governed by NOWPayments’ own privacy policy and terms. We receive only the metadata needed to reconcile invoices, prevent duplicate crediting, and operate the leaderboard.
7. Hosting and infrastructure
The Service runs on Railway (application hosting) and Supabase (authentication and Postgres database). These providers process data on our behalf to host the application, authenticate users, and store listing and payment records. Their processing is subject to their respective privacy policies and data processing terms.
8. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your location, we rely on one or more of the following bases: performance of a contract (providing the Service you request, including listing placement and payment confirmation); legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, click measurement with session deduplication, and Service improvement, balanced against your rights); legal obligation (compliance with law and valid requests); and consent where required (for example optional communications or non-essential cookies where applicable law demands consent).
9. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the Service, maintain listing and payment history (including permanent all-time and Founding 100 records), resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations. Short-lived session identifiers used for click deduplication and presence expire automatically. Account and listing data may persist while your listing or account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward unless deletion is required or requested where applicable law provides a right to erasure.
10. Sharing and disclosure
We share information with service providers that help us run the Service (NOWPayments, Railway, Supabase, and email/support tooling), with professional advisers where required, and when necessary to protect rights, safety, and security, to enforce our terms, or to comply with law or valid legal process. Public listings intentionally display listing name, tagline, category, rank-related spend signals, and redirect visitors to your submitted destination URL.
11. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our infrastructure providers operate data centers. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
12. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Service, including authenticated admin access controls, webhook verification for payment events, and database access rules. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to data portability or withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise rights, contact support@dashvo.app. We may need to verify your request. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable law provides that right.
14. Children
The Service is not directed to children under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact support@dashvo.app.
15. Changes to this Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date below shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Notice.
